Prudential Bache Global Commodities Group hires Richard Zack

NEW YORK - Richard Zack has joined Prudential Bache Global Commodities Group as a senior vice president - investments in the Equity Arbitrage Group in New York. He will be responsible for developing the company’s structured products business.

Previously, Zack was with National Bank of Canada where he co-headed its linear options structured products business. Prior to that, Zack held senior positions at Banc of America Securities and Lehman Brothers. Earlier in his career, Zack was Options Branch Chief at the SEC’s Division of Market Regulation in Washington, D.C.

“Richard brings nearly two decades of securities industry experience in equity derivatives, structured products and risk management,” said Ryan Byrne, senior vice president – investments and head of the Equity Arbitrage Group. “His appointment underscores our commitment to expanding our structured products business with institutional investors and high net worth individuals.”
