Prudential launches latest study on the ‘Financial Experience & Behaviors Among Women’

Prudential launched its latest biennial study of the "Financial Experience & Behaviors Among Women" in New York City on July 11. The study, now in its 12th year, shows that 53 percent of the more than 1,400 women surveyed are primary breadwinners, but only 20 percent of these women feel well prepared to make financial decisions, compared to 45 percent of men.

During the launch event, Lynette Khalfani-Cox , “The Money Coach,” moderated a panel discussion with Prudential’s Joan Cleveland, senior vice president, Business Development, Individual Life Insurance, and financial expert and author Deborah Owens on the study’s findings.
