NEWARK, N.J., March 24, 2016 - Hasan Ibrahim, a vice president at Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE:PRU), has received the Top Lawyers Under 40 Award for 2016 from the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA).

The award is bestowed annually upon accomplished Latino and Latina lawyers who have distinguished themselves professionally and who exemplify the highest ethical standards and commitment to their communities, to the legal profession and to HNBA’s mission. After a rigorous review process of an unprecedented number of nominations for this year’s award, HNBA selected Ibrahim and 19 other winners from across the country.

Ibrahim has responsibility for handling state, federal and international regulatory matters related to Prudential’s businesses and corporate functions. He actively volunteers with several community and civic organizations and is a member of the Bergen County District Ethics Committee. Hasan has an undergraduate degree from Rutgers University, an LLM from New York University Law School and a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law.
