USO of Metropolitan New York Holds Grand Opening of New Center at Newark Airport

New location will serve thousands of service members and their families traveling through the area

WHAT: USO of Metropolitan New York celebrates the grand opening of the USO center at Newark Liberty International Airport with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and tours of the new center

WHY:  The new USO center will give the thousands of service members and their families who reside in New Jersey or transit through Newark Liberty International Airport, a warm and comforting place to connect with loved ones via Internet or telephone, play a video game, catch a movie, have a cup of coffee and a snack or just put their feet up and relax. The new state-of-the-art, 2,000 square foot USO center will be open seven days a week, 365 days per year and is easily accessible from all airport terminals.
