Caroline Feeney is president of Prudential Advisors, Prudential’s national sales organization. Prudential Advisors is comprised of more than 3,000 financial professionals, fee-based financial planners, financial advisors and field managers, and supported by several hundred home office associates. These individuals offer financial education, advice and guidance, as well as insurance and investment solutions, to clients in all 50 states.
Feeney began her career with Prudential in 1993 and held several field sales management positions before transitioning to the home office. There she held positions of increasing responsibility including vice president of Recruiting and Development, and vice president and chief of staff to the president of Retail Distribution. Prior to her current position, Feeney was territorial vice president, Eastern Territory, where she had oversight of 14 firms in nine states.
Feeney is Prudential’s representative for the National Association for Female Executives and serves on the Executive Roundtable. She is a member of The American College Board of Trustees and also serves on the Executive Committee of the Board. In 2016, Feeney was elected to serve a three-year term on the LIMRA Distribution Leaders Roundtable Executive Committee. She is also the president of the Board of Pruco Securities, LLC, and president of Prudential Insurance Agency, LLC.
Feeney has an undergraduate degree from Bucknell University and an MBA from Columbia University. She holds the Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations.
Feeney will become president of Prudential Individual Life Insurance, which includes Prudential Advisors, in the fourth quarter of 2017.
