Lori Fouché is president of Prudential Annuities, the domestic annuity business of Prudential Financial. Prudential Annuities manufactures variable and fixed annuities and distributes them through independent financial planners, banks, wirehouses, regional firms and insurance agents.
Fouché joined Prudential in 2013 and became the CEO for Prudential Group Insurance, which produces and distributes group life, disability, voluntary and corporate and trust-owned life insurance. In 2015, she became the president of Prudential Annuities.
Before joining Prudential, Fouché served as president and CEO of Fireman’s Fund Insurance company. While at Fireman’s Fund, she held several other senior leadership positions in the commercial and specialty insurance divisions. Previously, she spent several years in a variety of underwriting, product management, and strategic marketing roles at Chubb. In addition, she served as a management consultant with The Parthenon Group, advising senior executives of mature and start-up businesses on corporate strategies.
Fouché earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in history with a certificate in American Studies from Princeton University. She serves on the board of directors for My Brother’s Keeper Alliance and Girls, Inc., and is a trustee of Princeton University.
Fouché will become head of Prudential’s Individual Solutions group in the fourth quarter of 2017.
