Caroline Feeney is president of Prudential Individual Life Insurance, which includes Prudential Advisors. Prudential’s Individual Life Insurance business focuses on offering competitive solutions to meet the needs of consumers through the manufacturing and distribution of a diverse portfolio of life insurance products. Individual Life Insurance and Prudential Advisors are business units of Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE:PRU).
Prior to her current role, Feeney was president of Prudential Advisors, which is Prudential’s national sales organization, comprised of more than 3,000 financial professionals, advisors, and fee-based financial planners who offer clients a broad range of financial solutions.
Feeney began her career with Prudential in 1993 and held several field leadership positions before transitioning to the home office. There she held positions of increasing responsibility including vice president of recruiting and development and chief of staff to the president of retail distribution. Feeney also served as territorial vice president, Eastern Territory, where she oversaw 14 firms in nine states.
Feeney is Prudential’s representative for the National Association for Female Executives and serves on the Executive Roundtable. She is a member of The American College of Financial Services board of trustees and also serves on the executive committee of the board.
Feeney earned her MBA from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University. She holds the Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations.
