BIOGRAPHY

Glen Baptist is Chief Executive Officer of Prudential International Investments, and has also been the Chief Investment Officer since March 2006. As CEO, he is responsible for the day-to-day business and investment management of Prudential Financial’s affiliates and joint ventures in Italy, China, Taiwan, Brazil, and India. He is also President and Chief Executive Officer of Prudential International Investments Advisers LLC, a registered investment adviser that provides non-discretionary investment advice to certain international clients and affiliates of Prudential.

From 2000 to 2006, Mr. Baptist was Director of Mutual Funds and Managed Accounts at PGIM Fixed Income, with responsibility for those products across all distribution channels globally. Prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer for Prudential’s asset management business, responsible for business administration. Before becoming COO, he was a Managing Director in charge of fixed income research, managing a team of analysts focused on Prudential’s mutual fund and variable annuity/life insurance portfolios.

Mr. Baptist joined Prudential in 1986 and has 30 years of experience ranging from investment management and marketing to corporate finance and strategic planning.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Joseph’s College of Commerce, Bangalore University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
