Charles F. Lowrey , Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Charles F. Lowrey is Chairman and CEO of Prudential Financial, Inc. Prior to assuming his current roles, Lowrey served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Prudential’s International businesses. Previously, he was executive vice president and chief operating officer of Prudential’s U.S. businesses. Lowrey also served as president and CEO of PGIM, Prudential’s global investment management business, and earlier as CEO of its real estate investment business, PGIM Real Estate.

Before joining Prudential in 2001, Lowrey was a managing director and head of the Americas for J.P. Morgan’s Real Estate and Lodging Investment Banking group, where he began his investment banking career in 1988. Earlier, Lowrey spent four years as a managing partner of an architecture firm he founded in New York City. During this time, he became a registered New York architect.

Lowrey received an MBA from Harvard University, a master’s degree in architecture from Yale University and a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Princeton University.

Robert M. Falzon , Vice Chair

Robert Falzon is vice chair of Prudential Financial, Inc. and a member of Prudential’s Board of Directors.

In his role, Falzon oversees the finance, risk, investments, actuarial, communications, information & technology, and corporate social responsibility functions.

Prior to this position, Falzon was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Prudential Financial, Inc. Appointed to this position in March 2013, he oversaw global financial management matters including financial reporting, treasury, tax, investor relations and mergers and acquisitions.

Previously, Falzon was senior vice president and treasurer of Prudential Financial, Inc., responsible for management of the company’s capital, liquidity and borrowing. Before being appointed treasurer in 2009, he served as managing director of PGIM Real Estate, head of its Global Merchant Banking and Global Real Estate Securities Groups and CEO of its European business.

Before joining PGIM Real Estate in 1998, Falzon was a managing director in the investment banking group at Prudential Securities, Inc. in New York and was previously a managing director in PGIM’s private fixed income business.

Falzon holds an MBA degree in finance and accounting from Columbia University and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a bachelor’s degree in economics from Rutgers University. He is a CFA charterholder, a Certified Public Accountant, and a member of AICPA and the CFA Institute.

Falzon is an Advisory Board member of the New Jersey Salvation Army (former chair) and chair of the Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club of Ironbound in Newark. He is a member of the Rutgers University Board of Trustees.

Lucien Alziari , Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Lucien is executive vice president and chief human resources officer of Prudential Financial, Inc., a Fortune 50 financial services company located in Newark, New Jersey.

A U.K. citizen, Lucien has over 30 years of experience in major international companies. From 2012 to the beginning of 2017, he was executive vice president and chief human resources officer of A.P. Moller-Maersk, a global shipping and energy conglomerate located in Copenhagen, Denmark, with operations in over 130 countries and around 90,000 employees worldwide. From 2004 to 2012, he was the chief human resources officer and head of corporate responsibility for Avon Products Inc., based in New York. Prior to this, he held increasingly responsible roles with Mars Confectionery in the U.K. and PepsiCo Inc. in New York, Vienna and Dubai.

From 2016 to 2021, Lucien was a non-executive director of C&J Clark International, a U.K.-based global footwear company with around $2 billion in revenues. He is also a fellow and director of the National Academy of Human Resources, a founding member of HR50 and recently concluded a three-year term as chair of the board of advisors of the Center for Executive Succession at the University of South Carolina.

Caroline Feeney , Executive Vice President and Head of U.S. Businesses

Caroline Feeney leads Prudential’s U.S. Businesses. These businesses provide financial advice and develop, distribute and service income and protection solutions for individuals and institutional clients. The U.S. Businesses comprise Group Insurance, Individual Life Insurance, Prudential Retirement Strategies, Assurance IQ, the Retail Advice and Solutions organization, as well as key functions which include Prudential’s global Marketing organization, Enabling Solutions and The Transformation Office.

Prior to her current role, Caroline was CEO, U.S. Insurance and Retirement Businesses, and prior to that was Head of Prudential’s Individual Solutions Group.

Feeney is Prudential’s representative for the National Association for Female Executives and serves on its Executive Roundtable. She also represents Prudential as co-chair of the board of the Alliance for Lifetime Income and the LL Global board of directors, where she serves on the Executive committee and as chair of the membership committee. As a trustee of Prudential’s Corporate Social Responsibility Oversight Committee, she helps guide the company’s foundation and its investments to strengthen communities and realize Prudential’s belief that financial security should be within reach for everyone. She is also chair of the board of PruVen Capital, an independently managed venture fund backed by Prudential.

Caroline is a member of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women, has been recognized by Working Mother magazine as Prudential’s Working Mother of the Year, by Executive Women of New Jersey as Prudential’s Policy Maker, and was a recipient of the Women of Excellence P&L Award from the National Association of Female Executives. In 2018, she became the first woman to receive the Round Table of New York’s Lifetime Achievement Award.

During her career with Prudential, Caroline has held several field leadership positions and home office executive roles. This included president of Prudential Advisors, which is Prudential’s national sales organization comprising more than 3,000 financial professionals, advisors and fee-based financial planners.

Caroline earned her MBA from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University. She holds the Chartered Life Underwriter® and Chartered Financial Consultant® designations.

Yanela Frias , Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Yanela Frias is executive vice president and chief financial officer of Prudential Financial, Inc. She was appointed in March 2024 and oversees global financial management matters, including financial reporting, investor relations, treasury, tax, corporate development, and actuarial. Prior to this position, Frias was president of Group Insurance, a business unit of Prudential, which produces and distributes a full range of group life, disability, voluntary, and corporate- and trust-owned life insurance.

Frias previously led Prudential Retirement, which provided defined contribution, defined benefit, nonqualified deferred compensation plan administration, and institutional investment and risk management services. Prior to that, Frias led the Investment & Pension Solutions business within Prudential Retirement where she was responsible for several businesses, including Pension Risk Transfer and International Reinsurance, and related institutional product innovation efforts domestically and internationally. Prior to her role with Investment & Pension Solutions, Frias held a number of increasingly responsible roles within Prudential, including serving as chief financial officer for Prudential’s Individual Annuities and Individual Life Insurance businesses.

She is a member of World 50, a private community for C-level executives from globally respected organizations to share ideas, solutions and collaborative discovery for a lasting impact.

Frias received a B.S. in accounting and an MBA in finance from Rutgers University and is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Stacey Goodman , Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Stacey Goodman is executive vice president and chief information officer of Prudential Financial. In this role, she oversees information technology, including cybersecurity, across Prudential’s locations worldwide to deliver added value for customers, employees and shareholders through the optimal use of data, information, and digital and technology platforms.

Goodman joined Prudential in July 2019 with over 25 years of experience leveraging technology to create competitive advantage and business success for leading financial institutions.

Previously, Goodman served as the chief information officer at Freddie Mac, responsible for the technology division, and served on the Senior Operating Committee. Prior to that, she was executive vice president and chief information and operations officer for CIT, where she was a member of the Executive Management Committee and led technology and operations globally. During her time at CIT, Goodman revitalized and modernized core platforms to support business growth, productivity, mobility and regulatory goals. CIT was recognized by CIO Magazine with a Top 100 award in 2016 for the technology transformation under her leadership.

Prior to CIT, Goodman was the divisional chief information officer of Global Technology and Operations at Bank of America, where she built and led the enterprise development and operations team through transformation in response to sweeping regulatory changes, supporting both control functions and business units including risk, compliance, treasury, investments, legal and audit. She also held global leadership positions at UBS and PaineWebber and started her career at Salomon Brothers.

Goodman is known for her business acumen, strategic perspective, operational execution, collaborative leadership style and her appetite for taking on new challenges. She received her B.A. from Syracuse University and earned her Six Sigma certification in 2007. She has served on the U.S. Treasury’s Office of Financial Research’s advisory committee.

Ann Kappler , Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer

As executive vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer at Prudential Financial, Ann Kappler is the head of Law, Compliance, Business Ethics and External Affairs, leading a global team of over 1,100 employees. She is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and Operating and Enterprise Risk Committees. She was appointed in September 2020, after serving as the company’s deputy general counsel and head of External Affairs for six years.

Prior to joining Prudential in 2009, Kappler was a partner at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr in Washington, D.C., where she focused on emerging issues at the intersection of regulation, legislation and litigation. Her previous roles included litigation partner at Jenner & Block and general counsel at Fannie Mae.

Kappler serves on the boards of directors of the Pro Bono Partnership (treasurer) and the National Health Law Program (chair), and is a member of the Board of Visitors of the Dartmouth College Rockefeller Center for Public Policy. Kappler has served on the boards of the Washington Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights and Urban Affairs, Appleseed Foundation, and Global Rights; and was a longtime member of the board of trustees of the Lowell School in Washington, D.C., where she served as chair. She has earned several awards including 2018 Executive Women of New Jersey Policymakers honoree, NJBIZ Law Power 50 2021-2023, ranked 4th on Attorney Intel’s Top 25 General Counsels of 2023, and was the recipient of the Women, Influence & Power in Law for In-House Thought Leadership by Corporate Counsel in 2023. She is a frequent speaker on topics such as legal and compliance best practices, diversity and inclusion, and is an advocate for workplace mental health issues.

Kappler graduated from Dartmouth College, magna cum laude, and received her law degree from New York University School of Law, where she received the Alumnae Key Award, was a member of the Order of the Coif, and was editor-in-chief of the Law Review. She clerked for Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit Judge Abner Mikva and U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Harry Blackmun.

Timothy Schmidt , Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer

Tim Schmidt is senior vice president and chief investment officer for Prudential Financial, Inc., responsible for asset/liability management, portfolio construction and investment strategy for Prudential’s international and domestic business operations. Schmidt also oversees the company’s alternative asset investing and the hedging of variable annuity guarantees and chairs the Senior Asset Liability Committee. In addition, he serves as Prudential’s representative to the Institute of International Finance’s Committee on Asset and Investment Management.

Previously he was the head of Global Portfolio Management for Prudential responsible for the investment portfolio and asset/liability management for Prudential’s global business operations. Before that, Schmidt was responsible for the overall asset/liability management for Prudential’s Retirement and Group Insurance businesses, and for providing leadership in the ongoing efforts to improve investment results and return on investment risk capital across all portfolios.

Prior to joining Prudential in July 2010, Schmidt served as CFO for MetLife’s Individual Business, which included the individual life and annuities businesses and MetLife’s Affiliated Distribution Group. Before that, Schmidt headed MetLife’s Wealth Strategy Group, which included MetLife’s Brokers/Dealers. Earlier during his 25-year tenure at MetLife, Schmidt held various positions in the investment organization, including head of MetLife’s Portfolio Management Unit, as well as its Structured Finance and Government Securities units. He started at MetLife as a private placement credit analyst.

Schmidt earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from Augustana College. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Andrew Sullivan , Executive Vice President, Head of International Businesses and Global Investment Management

Andrew Sullivan is executive vice president and head of Prudential Financial, Inc.’s international businesses and global investment management.

In this role, Sullivan oversees the company’s International Insurance segment, which develops, distributes and services individual life insurance, retirement and related financial security products to markets around the globe. Prudential’s International Insurance segment has operations and joint ventures in 13 countries across Asia, Latin America and Africa. Sullivan also leads PGIM, the firm’s global asset management business across public and private asset classes. With offices in 20 countries, PGIM’s businesses offer investment solutions for retail and institutional investors across a broad range of asset classes, including public and private fixed income, fundamental equity, quantitative equity, real estate, and alternatives.

In his tenure with Prudential, Sullivan has served in a variety of leadership positions, most recently as head of the firm’s U.S.-based businesses, comprising Group Insurance, Individual Life Insurance, Retirement Strategies, Retail Advice and Solutions, and Assurance IQ, a direct-to-consumer platform for individuals seeking personalized health and financial wellness solutions. He also served as head of Prudential’s Workplace Solutions businesses and had responsibility for the Group Insurance underwriting, claims and service organizations.

Prior to joining Prudential in 2011, he served as a senior vice president with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, where he was accountable for the individual and senior business segments. Sullivan also spent eight years with Cigna where he held a number of senior leadership positions, and led merger and acquisition initiatives for the health care, international and group insurance divisions. Earlier in his career, Sullivan held management roles at Diamond Technology Partners and DaimlerChrysler.

Sullivan earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, graduating with merit from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. He began his naval career as a nuclear submarine officer. During his tenure with the Navy, he was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for superior leadership and performance on board the USS Nebraska.

Sullivan holds an executive MBA from the University of Delaware. He serves on the board of directors for the American Council of Life Insurers as its immediate past chair and is a member of the board of directors for the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors.

Allison Arzeno , CEO, Assurance IQ

Allison Arzeno is CEO of Assurance, a direct-to-consumer platform that transforms the buying experience for individuals seeking personalized health and financial wellness solutions.

Arzeno joined the company in 2017 as chief data scientist, and has spent her career modeling ways data science can help people address their most important challenges from personal health to personal finance, and teaching others to find answers in data for themselves.

Previously, she applied her expertise to help bolster heart health as CEO of a health wearables startup and to identifying promising applications of data analytics as a consultant at Sequoia Capital.

Arzeno co-authored The Analytics Edge, a textbook on business analytics, while she was a lecturer at MIT, and formerly taught data science at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She earned her Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Michael Estep , President, Group Insurance

Michael Estep is president of Group Insurance, a business unit of Prudential Financial, Inc., which produces and distributes a full range of group life, disability, voluntary, and corporate- and trust-owned life insurance.

Estep joined Prudential in May 2022 as the head of Product & Underwriting for Group Insurance. In that role, Estep focused on all aspects of product and business strategy, including developing the long-term product vision, new product development and in-force management.

Prior to joining Prudential, Estep led the voluntary benefits business at Symetra, with profit and loss accountability for product, enrollment, strategy and execution. Previously, Estep led the group product and voluntary portfolio at the Guardian Life Insurance Company.

Estep holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Wisconsin, and an MBA from DePaul University.

Brad Hearn is the president of Retail Advice and Solutions, which brings together the extraordinary face-to-face advice expertise of Prudential Advisors with Prudential’s Hybrid Advisory team and digital advice capabilities – creating a single organization with end-to-end accountability for delivering holistic financial advice and solutions across the entire advice continuum.

Previously, Hearn served as executive vice president of Business Consulting for the Independent Advisor Services unit of LPL Financial, responsible for the growth, satisfaction and retention of independent advisors. Earlier, he was executive vice president of LPL Insurance Associates.

Hearn has more than 20 years of experience in strategic sales and operations leadership within the financial services industry. Prior to joining LPL in 2009, he worked at Charles Schwab for 13 years, most recently as vice president of Charles Schwab Institutional, where he oversaw a 415-employee organization responsible for delivering superior service and operational excellence to more than 3,000 RIA customers. Hearn advanced into the role following highly successful roles as director of Charles Schwab Institutional and as a manager at Charles Schwab. He began his career as a stockbroker for the Olde Discount Corporation.

Hearn earned an MBA from Arizona State University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Arizona. He is FINRA Series 7, 9/10, 24, and 63 registered.

Salene Hitchcock-Gear , President, Individual Life Insurance

Salene Hitchcock-Gear is president of Prudential Individual Life Insurance, a business unit of Prudential that offers competitive solutions to meet the needs of consumers through the manufacturing and distribution of a diverse portfolio of life insurance products.

An insurance industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience, Hitchcock-Gear joined Prudential in 2017 as chief operating officer of Prudential Advisors, the Company’s national sales organization with more than 3,000 financial professionals, advisors and fee-based financial planners who offer clients a broad range of financial solutions. She became president of the Individual Life Insurance business in 2018.

Previously, Hitchcock-Gear served as president and CEO of Ameritas Investment Corp. and president and CEO of Acacia Life Insurance Company.

Hitchcock-Gear serves on a number of boards. She is the Chair of the board of trustees of the American College of Financial Services and serves on the Life Insurance Committee of the American Council of Life Insurers. She is also the executive sponsor for the Women Empowered employee affinity group at Prudential.

Hitchcock-Gear holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law, as well as FINRA Series 7 and 24 securities licenses. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association. She also is a board member of the University of Michigan Alumni Association.

David A. Hunt , President and Chief Executive Officer, PGIM

David A. Hunt is President and Chief Executive Officer of PGIM, a leading global asset manager across public and private asset classes. Mr. Hunt oversees all aspects of the asset management businesses, including its public fixed income, real estate, public equity, private fixed income, and mutual fund units. Mr. Hunt also serves on the Prudential Operating Committee.

Before joining PGIM, Mr. Hunt was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company and co-leader of its North American Asset Management practice. Mr. Hunt was at McKinsey for 22 years and served as a key advisor to leading financial executives worldwide. For five years, he was based in Europe and worked extensively in Asia. Mr. Hunt serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and is a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Princeton University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Multinational Management from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.

Nandini Mongia , President, Prudential Open-Architecture Solutions

Nandini Mongia is president of Prudential Open-Architecture Solutions, responsible for leading the creation of an open-architecture platform, managing the supply and demand of asset and liability origination, and overseeing Prudential’s reinsurance entities and third-party strategic relationships. The business focuses on expanding Prudential’s access to serve clients through both proprietary and non-proprietary products and services.

Previously Mongia was senior vice president and treasurer, responsible for Prudential’s capital, liquidity, borrowing, banking and cash management. She was also integrally involved in the company’s strategic transformation, helping enable its growth agenda through innovative initiatives.

Mongia joined Prudential in 2017 as chief financial officer of Prudential Retirement, where she led all financial functions across Prudential Retirement and its Full Service and Institutional & Pension Solutions businesses.

Mongia has more than 15 years of experience providing strategic advisory and investment banking services to insurance industry clients in the United States.

Prior to joining Prudential, she worked in investment banking at Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse and Lehman Brothers, in business planning at Goldman Sachs and as a strategy management consultant at Gemini Consulting.

Mongia has been recognized by Treasury Today as a Highly Commended Winner of Woman of the Year and by NJBIZ as among the Leaders in Finance. She is a frequent guest speaker at conferences on topics ranging from how Treasury can improve company outcomes to the importance of the talent agenda, and how inclusion and diversity can be a strategic differentiator.

Mongia earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Delhi and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Lata N. Reddy , Senior Vice President, Inclusive Solutions Prudential Financial, Inc.; Chair, The Prudential Foundation

Lata N. Reddy is senior vice president, Inclusive Solutions at Prudential Financial, and chair of The Prudential Foundation.

In these roles, Reddy harnesses the power of capital markets to drive financial and social mobility. By combining diversity strategies, impact investments, philanthropy, corporate contributions and employee engagement with Prudential’s full business capabilities, she helps position the company to promote inclusive economic opportunity and sustainable growth.

Under Reddy’s leadership, Prudential became one of the first institutional investors to grow and manage an impact investing portfolio with $1 billion in assets under management. Additionally, she oversees a yearly grant-making budget of $40 million through The Prudential Foundation, and a $15 million corporate contributions budget.

Reddy originally joined Prudential in 1997. Prior to joining Prudential, she was a civil rights attorney with the U.S. Department of Education. Her dedication to promoting equity has spanned her career in the nonprofit, public and private sectors.

In addition to serving as chair of The Prudential Foundation and of the Newark Alliance, Reddy currently serves on the boards of several national organizations, including the Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation and UNICEF USA. She also serves on the advisory board for the My Brother’s Keeper Alliance — a program of the Obama Foundation — and is a fellow of the Aspen Global Leaders Network. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Reddy was named to Mayor Ras J. Baraka’s Newark Reopening and Recovery Strikeforce in 2020, leading the Economic Recovery Committee.

Reddy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Michigan and a law degree from Emory University School of Law.

Dylan Tyson , President, Prudential Retirement Strategies

Dylan Tyson is president of the Retirement Strategies business at Prudential. Focused on expanding access to retirement security, the business provides more than $12 billion of protected income payments each year to over two million individual and institutional customers, through relationships with over 100,000 individual financial professionals and over 7,500 institutional clients.

The Retirement Strategies team provides industry-leading solutions for growth and protection through its five lines of business: Individual Retirement Strategies, Institutional Stable Value, U.S. Pension Risk Transfer, International Reinsurance and Structured Settlements.

Tyson joined Prudential in 1995 and has held advancing leadership roles in the U.S. and internationally, including as president and CEO of Prudential of Taiwan and chief strategy officer for Prudential Life Insurance of Korea. Previously, within Prudential’s legacy retirement businesses, he served as senior vice president and head of Pension Risk Transfer, leading the breakthrough General Motors pension risk transfer transaction, among others. Throughout his career, he has developed broad management and business development experience with guaranteed products, with overall accountability for Prudential’s Payout Annuities, Structured Settlement and Institutional Stable Value product lines.

Tyson represents Prudential on several industry associations and boards, including the Insured Retirement Institute (IRI), Envestnet and SIMON from iCapital. He also serves as Prudential’s executive sponsor for the Aspen Institute, as well as Prudential’s Asian Pacific-Islander American (APA) business resource affinity group.

Tyson received his bachelor’s degree with high honors from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA. He is a CFA® Charterholder.
