Caroline Faulkner is senior vice president and head of Prudential Financial’s Enabling Solutions organization, which is responsible for transforming customer service across the U.S. Businesses and enhancing Prudential’s competitiveness by driving greater value in cross-business initiatives.
Faulkner was a founding member of Pramerica Systems Ireland in 2000 and led the growth of the Prudential start-up. She served as senior managing director and chief information officer, leading a team of more than 1,350 associates in the delivery of software services, contact center support and professional business services to Prudential. Faulkner was also responsible for the start-up of Prudential’s El Paso Business & Technology Solutions Center, which is focused on employment of the veteran and Hispanic communities.
Prior to joining Prudential, Faulkner was IT director for Abbott Laboratories, a U.S. pharmaceutical company with multiple facilities in Ireland.
Faulkner holds an undergraduate degree in computing science for business from the University of Ulster, a master’s degree in leadership and innovation from the Institute of Technology, Letterkenny, and a diploma in accounting and finance from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
In 2014, Faulkner was named one of Computerworld magazine’s Premier 100 IT Leaders and was cited by Profiles in Diversity magazine on its list of “Women Worth Watching.”
Faulkner serves on the Operations and Finance committee of the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC).
