Prudential Financial, Inc. has made a $200 million commitment through the Prudential DEI Portfolio to private equity investments constructed with a diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) lens.

Prudential Financial, Inc. today announced that it is more deeply integrating its environmental, social and governance (ESG) commitments into the company’s liquidity framework through the renewal of its five-year $4 billion credit facility.

For initiatives that range from addressing COVID-19 to advocating for inclusion, 10 students were named America’s top youth volunteers of 2021 on Sunday evening by The Prudential Spirit of Community Awards.

NEWARK, NJ – OCT. 19, 2020 – GRAMMY Museum Experience^TM Prudential Center along with proud founding partners, Prudential Financial, Inc., the City of Newark, Lincoln Park Coast Cultural District, Baldwin Equities and Newark Arts, have announced plans regarding a Whitney Houston mosaic mural, which will be located in Newark’s Central Ward. The newest mural installation is the second of five murals planned for the city. Newark-based Artist Maude Lemaire who specializes in beautiful hand-cut glass mosaic murals was selected to create the second installation.

Through November 10, Prudential Financial and the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP) are calling on youth volunteers to apply for scholarships and national recognition through The Prudential Spirit of Community Awards.

Prudential is profoundly disturbed by the manner of George Floyd’s death, and by the fact that he joins a long and ever-growing list of Black Americans who have lost their lives because of the color of their skin.

National nonprofit Operation Gratitude and Prudential Financial teamed up, with additional support from Mars Wrigley, to deliver “Jumbo Care Packages” containing handwritten letters of appreciation from grateful Americans—including those from more than 100 Prudential employees and their families—as well as coffee, single-serve snacks and candy, and hygiene and comfort items.
